Job DescriptionGreet & assist walk-in clients and provide exceptional service. Ensure all client information is accurately recorded and updated on PREOSS. Provide timely responses to client inquiries with detailed information about the project. Coordinate and manage site visits for potential clients. Oversee Channel Partners and monitor their activities at the site to maintain discipline. Collaborate & work closely with the sales team to promote and sell residential units. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and build trust. Assist in preparing and reviewing sales documents, agreements, and other documentation. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
