As security manager, you will have to demonstrate excellent surveillance and emergency response skills. You will need a strong commitment to security rules and knowledge of all hazards and threats to safety. In addition, the Security Manager will also execute all tasks of Site Administration, HR and liaison activities to ensure safe and policy proof environment for all employees, visitors and workers.Key Responsibilities: Ensure full proof Access Control at the entry / Exit points Ensure Gate Entry for People and Material as per SOP. Securing of all Vital Assets and Vital Points inside the company Train the guards on various aspects of Security viz. Gate entry procedures, CCTV, frisking, Mob control, Risk mitigation, Incident reporting etc. Monitoring of CCTV including maintenance activities to ensure 100% up time. Report incident and carryout the investigation. Prepare Risk Assessment of the site and execute the plan as per the SOP. Incorporate changes whenever required Ensure Housekeeping of the plant to the highest standards including office areas, canteen, washroom, production floor, walkable path inside the company etc. Establish SOP for canteen operations, furniture allocation, water cooler and washroom cleaning, High rise cleaning etc Ensure welfare of the staff, associates and workers. Ensure all compliance of the workers as per existing policy viz. ESIC, Form A,B,C,D, attendance etc. Ensure compilation of all the details of all personnel working inside the company. Ensure joining / exit procedure for all employees as per company SOP. Support the Production and Project team whenever required. Establish liaison with nearby villages (Sarpanch), Govt authorities and Police officials to ensure timely support whenever required.
