Job Responsibilities:Define all analytical lab requirements for assessingnew technologysupplier quality, module performance, metrology calibration, outgoing product quality, failure analysis and yield improvement.Work closely with Fab Manufacturing analytical labs teams. Build andcertifytheanalytical labs Develop and implementstandardized lab procedures Fab Technology qualification will be based on lab results Support R&D teams – for module and integration characterization with appropriate EFA/PFA capabilities Build and lead a cross functional team across diverse geographies Build strong customer relationships based on confidence in TEPL technical capabilities Presentation to internal and customer senior executives Travel, as necessaryEssential Attributes:Ability to manage, mentor, and lead a team of highly motivated professionals. Innovative and creative, you proactively explore new ideas and adapt quickly to change.Qualifications:M.S or PhD in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science or equivalent Strong understanding of analytical techniques ( SEM, FIB, TEM, Photo-Emission, Fault Isolation, SIMS, ICP-MS, Chromatography,etc) Has managed analytical labs in the past with very good safety record Understanding of analytical labs figures of merit ( cycle time, accuracy, productivity, etc metrics ); experience in achieving competitive performance Understanding of reliability physics along with intrinsic and extrinsic failure modes ( HCI, NBTI, TDDB,etc) and ( HTOL, HTRB, HTGB,etc) Proven track record in bringing up and managing state-of-the-art lab facilities Ability to lead cross-functional teams and achieve project completion within timeline and cost targets Ability to work across different cultures and geographies Good team player Innovation and competitive mindsetDesired Experience Level:15+ years experience in the semiconductor industry Proven track record of successfully developing new technologies into high volume production Proven problem solving skills using design of experiments and analytical tools
