Minimum Requirements: Qualification: Bachelors in Hotel Management Experience: 10+ years in Luxury Hotel SalesResponsibility Areas Managing around 100-150 travel partners (DMC & TA, etc.) in respective markets. Contacts in corporates and embassies. Daily physical sales calls to share product information and special rates & offers. Making and answering all types of telephone calls to respond to potential business. Preparing special contracts segment-wise to maximize revenue. Preparing annual revenue & expense budget for sales & marketing. Presenting the annual budget to management for necessary approvals. Creating rate grids for all segments and distributing rates based on existing business. Strategizing sales plans for future business. Compiling data for monthly reports. Creating sales programs to increase brand awareness.
