The ideal candidate will combine exceptional communication skills in English and Filipino with a strategic approach to software sales.About Intelliscreen Intelliscreen is a growing HR technology startup with an expanding presence in the Philippines. We use an innovative combination of standardized testing and artificial intelligence to evaluate candidates' suitability for various job positions.Schedule Flexible: Full-time or part-time availability within the range of 9 AM - 7 PM (Mumbai Time).Key Responsibilities Conduct discovery calls with English and Filipino-speaking prospects to present our HR software. Manage and prioritize incoming leads through LinkedIn and email. Schedule and coordinate discovery calls efficiently. Convert successful discovery calls into onboarding calls. Maintain a high attendance rate for both discovery and onboarding calls. Record and update potential client information in our CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead-generation strategies.Requirements Native fluency or advanced proficiency in English and Filipino (spoken and written). Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software or technology sector. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Familiarity with CRM tools and productivity software. Strong time management and task prioritization skills. Positive and resilient attitude towards sales challenges.Desired Skills Knowledge of the HR software market. Experience in selling SaaS solutions.
