Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Generate sales leads. Answering calls and responding to customer complaints. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analysing customer information.
