Job Description

Roles and responsibilities: Preparation of board and committee meeting agenda and ensure that minutes are circulated within timelines. Ensure that board procedures are both followed and regularly reviewed. Experience in preparation of AGM/ EGM, preferably in a listed entity. Preparation of Annual Report [Private, Public listed and unlisted] Filing of e-Forms as per the Companies Act and Forms under RBI Regulations Maintenance of statutory registers and records Co-ordinating with Statutory Auditors, Internal auditors and Secretarial Auditors Ensure all forms are filled with due dates.Candidate Profile: A minimum of 3-4 years post-qualification experience in company secretarial practices preferably 2 years with a listed company Excellent understanding of corporate governance principles and practices Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Outstanding communication, both written and verbal Analytical, with a detail-oriented approach High ethical standards, exercise discretion and professional integrity
