Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to design and deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience for new hires. 2. Oversee the Background Verification process, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. 3. Foster strategic partnerships with the finance team to facilitate seamless payroll processing and related activities. 4. Maintain the accuracy and integrity of employee data within the HR management system. 5. Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs that promote employee engagement and retention. 6. Partner with HR Business Partners to develop and implement effective offboarding strategies and address employee concerns. 7. Lead cross-functional teams in planning and executing employee migrations resulting from mergers and acquisitions. 8. Develop and distribute organization-wide monthly reports and dashboards to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations.Required Skills and Competencies1. Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Minimum 8-13 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on talent management, onboarding, and employee engagement. 3. Proven track record of success in large, complex organizations (2000+ employees). 4. Experience leading high-performing teams, with a minimum of 5 direct reports and 2+ years of leadership experience.
