The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on leadership to ensure the company’s products are effectively marketed and sold to our target customers. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy and Planning Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Set sales targets and KPIs for the team and ensure their achievement. Team Leadership and Development Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to create a high-performing team. Monitor team performance and provide guidance to meet and exceed targets. Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and resolving concerns. Market and Product Knowledge Stay updated on the latest market trends, competitor activities, and product offerings. Work closely with product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with company objectives. Sales Operations and Reporting Oversee sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure. Prepare detailed sales reports and present insights to the leadership team. Manage the sales budget and optimize resource allocation. Collaboration Partner with marketing to develop promotional campaigns. Work with customer support to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Coordinate with product development teams to provide market feedback for product improvement. Key QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the tech or software industry. Excellent leadership and motivational skills to manage and inspire a sales team. Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends. Familiarity with the restaurant, eCommerce, or related industries is a plus.
