Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and align hiring strategies. Data Management:Maintain ATS records and generate recruitment reports. Requirements Proven experience in IT recruitment with expertise in sourcing technical talent. Familiarity with ATS tools and platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Ciepal.
