Role - Manager / Sr. Manager - New Product DevelopmentObjective:To formulate and develop New products as per Customers’ requirements to meet the continuously changing Market demands, to identify alternate raw materials for cost reduction / VA/VE and support Materials dept on material grade changes/alternate sourcing.Scope:New Products Development for Polymer DivisionRoles & Responsibilities:Establish and implement the final product inspection as per standards to meet Customers’ requirements. Approve the release of raw materials and products to meet Manufacturing and Customers’ technical requirements. Verify and issue Product Inspection standards to customers for approval. Analyze customer complaints on new products for initiating corrective actions and improvements. Develop formulation and conduct trials to validate new products to meet customers’ requirements. Review and modify existing formulations of products to improve product profitability. Co-ordinate with external laboratory/testing agency for conducting tests/product approvals.
