Strong understanding of the entire recruitment process. Demonstrated ability to handle large volumes of hires within specified timelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Graduation degree. Job Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end volume recruitment process. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a high volume of qualified candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities. Continuously evaluate and enhance the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices in volume hiring to streamline operations. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders. Ensure clear communication and understanding of hiring requirements. Focus on the quality of hires while managing high volumes. Implement metrics to measure the success and impact of recruitment efforts. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field. Proven experience of 2 to 3 years in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on volume hiring. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
