Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and skilledLiaison Managerto serve as the primary point of contact between our organization and external stakeholders. The role involves managing relationships, ensuring effective communication, and facilitating collaboration to achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, regulatory authorities, vendors, and other key stakeholders. Act as the primary representative of the organization in external meetings, events, and discussions. Compliance and Coordination : Ensure adherence to regulatory and legal requirements by liaising with relevant authorities. Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and ensure timely submissions to external bodies. Communication and Negotiation : Communicate the organization's goals, needs, and proposals to external stakeholders effectively. Negotiate agreements, contracts, and partnerships in the best interest of the organization. Issue Resolution : Address concerns and resolve issues arising between the organization and external stakeholders promptly. Serve as the escalation point for conflict resolution with external parties. Reporting and Documentation : Maintain accurate records of all correspondence, meetings, and agreements with stakeholders. Prepare detailed reports for management on liaison activities, challenges, and opportunities. Key Skills and Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle complex relationships. Sound knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s/Master’s degree Minimum [2 years] of experience in a liaison or stakeholder management role. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools. Additional Requirements Willingness to travel as per job requirements.
