Apart from the above, the job holder will have all the required skills that any IBS management staff is expected to have such as leadership, communication, social and interpersonal skills.Purpose of the Job To provide administrative support to the Chairman’s Office by performing a wide variety of secretarial and administrative duties as required.Job Accountabilities 1. Coordinate daily activities and operations of the Chairman’s office. 2. As the first point of contact, deal with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages, or highlighting them for the Chairman’s attention 3. Manage calendar and organize meetings and appointments 4. Book and arrange for travel, transport, and accommodation 5. Manage databases and filing systems 6. Collate and file expenses, process invoices 7. Procure stationery and IT equipment as required 8.
