Ensure smooth execution of program activities, including scheduling, logistics, and participant management. Work on enhancing the effectiveness of the implemented programs Data Management and Analysis : Establish and maintain databases for tracking program metrics, participant data, and outcomes. Analyze program data to assess effectiveness, identify trends, and support decision-making. Data standardization and automation of data dashboards Reporting and Compliance : Prepare regular reports on program performance, including key metrics, milestones, and outcomes. Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and regulatory standards. Process Development and Improvement : Develop and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for program operations. Process improvement to enhance effectiveness of all the programs Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to coordinate program activities and achieve objectives. Communicate program updates, successes, and challenges effectively. Focus on user experience Leadership and Team Development : Mentor a team of operations staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Provide guidance, training, and support to build team capabilities and achieve organizational goals.
