Should have 3+ Years of experience with Project Management/Program Management/Delivery Management:Project Management – ensuring the projects are on track with timelines, budgets and scope Leading teams – Tasks delegation, daily performance monitoring and providing support and mentorship to team members. Providing direction and resolving conflicts. Scheduling & Planning – Creating detailed project plans, schedules, timelines and ensuring milestones are met. Tracking project progress and reporting performance metrics Client Management – Providing updates to clients, gathering requirements, and addressing issues. Proactively avoid client escalations and handle escalations Risk Management – Identifying potential risks for project success and developing mitigation plans Any technology understanding and exposure.
