Job Overview The Senior BIM Coordinatorwill be responsible for overseeing the BIM processes on our projects working closely with our clients and ensuring seamless integration and coordination across all disciplines. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing BIM systems, and a strong background in Middle East projects is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement BIM strategies, standards, and protocols across the organization. Establish and maintain BIM execution plans for projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Collaborate with project teams, architects, engineers, and contractors to define BIM goals, deliverables, and project-specific requirements. Provide leadership and guidance in BIM technology selection, software deployment, and training programs. Manage creating and maintaining BIM libraries, templates, and content to support efficient modeling and documentation processes. Oversee clash detection and coordination processes to identify and resolve conflicts in BIM models. Lead the development and implementation of BIM coordination workflows, including model exchange and collaboration processes. Conduct regular BIM model reviews to ensure adherence to standards, accuracy, and quality. Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, industry trends, and best practices. Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and processes. Collaborate with IT teams to manage BIM software licenses, installations, and upgrades. Qualifications & Requirements Experience:5+ years of experience in BIM management with a proven track record on projects in the Middle East. Proficiency:Advanced skills in CDE and Revit, with a deep understanding of MEP, Architectural, and structural systems and their integration within BIM models. Education:Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or Civil or a related field. Skills:Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively. Knowledge:Familiarity with BIM standards and practices in the Middle East. Understanding of local building codes and regulations.
