Achieve set targets as per business plan CRM and Customer Retention- Ensure implementation RBML processes. Operations and marketing To ensure that all RBML assets are maintained properly and resolve issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders. Acquiring new customers Ensure sweating of assets (BSS/Charging ) in the city Network Development – Conduct field visits and market assessment surveys, identify potential sites for setting up new Battery Swapping Station /Charging Stations . Business Development :Identify and coordinate with BD team to create a funnel of customer database at city level and working to onboard them on RBML network Document maintenance, data analysis, and MIS release to various stakeholders for monitoring and improvement of operations Updating Customer profile and analyzing their performance/attrition trends Maintaining and updating all customer related documents Legal coordination Support legal on arbitration and other legal proceedings Propose and implement - Demand Generation activities. Conduct regular audits as per defined process To follow up with all stakeholders for closure of deviations. Facilitate training of stakeholders( RR Store Staff /RR SLP/Customers) through coordination with training team Safety & Environment To ensure that all locations & jobs carried out in the city are safety compliant without any exception as per Company’s policy.
