We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accountant to manage and oversee daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling cash and bank transactions, generating various financial reports, conducting reconciliations, and ensuring accurate tracking of payments. This role is crucial for maintaining the company’s financial health and compliance with tax regulations.Key Responsibilities Accounts Management: Manage cash, bank, sales, and purchase transactions, ensuring all accounting records are accurate and up-to-date. Bank Reconciliation: Conduct weekly bank reconciliations to ensure the alignment of financial records with bank statements. GST & TDS Reconciliation: Perform timely reconciliation of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) as per government regulations. Payment Tracking: Track incoming payments from customers to ensure timely receipt. Track outgoing payments to suppliers, ensuring all obligations are met on time. Financial Reporting: Generate accurate and comprehensive financial reports including cash flow statements, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets on a regular basis.Special Tasks: Regularization of the documents ( Exports) - BRC All Export related compliances , MEIS / RODTEP , Duty Drawback , Invoicing.Qualifications and Skills Minimum qualification: . (Bachelor of Commerce). Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 for accounting operations. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and meet deadlines.Preferred Experience Prior experience in a similar role within the eCommerce or retail sector is a plus.
