You will ensure timely and accurate processing of claims and insurance tasks, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.What would you do at Navi?Claims Management:Manage and oversee end-to-end processes for Motor Claims and Fire Claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. Collaborate with internal teams & external stakeholders to ensure smooth claims processing and settlement. Insurance Operations Management:Oversee the processing of insurance applications, endorsements, renewals, and policy changes. Ensure that all processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Policy & Data Management:Ensure the accurate processing of insurance policies, endorsements, and renewals, including updating policyholder information. Manage and maintain policy data to support decision-making, reporting, and operational efficiency. Compliance & Reporting:Ensure that all insurance operations & Claim Processing adhere to legal, regulatory, and company standards. Generate and review reports on policy issuance, cancellations, renewals, claims etc. Provide insights into operational performance and key performance indicators (KPIs). Process Improvement & Efficiency:Identify areas for process improvement within the team. Propose and implement strategies to streamline operations, reduce bottlenecks, and improve overall efficiency.What skills do you need for this role?Any Graduate - A degree in Insurance, Business, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in insurance operations, with expertise in managing claims. Familiarity with insurance industry regulations and compliance standards. Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) for data collation and analysis. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess information and draw logical conclusions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
