The Head of Admissions will oversee the admissions process, ensuring that it aligns with the school’s mission and strategic objectives. They will lead the admissions team, develop strategies to meet enrollment goals, maintain positive relationships with parents and stakeholders, and ensure a seamless and efficient admissions process.Admissions Process Management Oversee the entire admissions lifecycle, from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for prospective families. Develop and maintain clear policies and procedures for admissions. Conduct school tours, open houses, and information sessions for prospective parents and students. Relationship Management Build strong relationships with prospective parents, ensuring timely communication and support throughout the admissions process. Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to facilitate smooth transitions for new students. Maintain relationships with feeder schools, community organizations, and local businesses to generate leads. Team Leadership Lead and mentor the admissions team, ensuring alignment with the school’s values and objectives. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and ensure the professional development of team members. Data Management and Reporting Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and enrollments using the admissions database. Provide regular reports to the leadership team, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Monitor the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and adjust as necessary to meet goals.Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, or marketing, preferably in an educational setting.
