Responsibilities * Oversee the processing of insurance policies from application to approval, ensuring accuracy and timely completion * Review and validate insurance claims, assessing the documentation for completeness and compliance * Communicate with clients, brokers, and underwriters to resolve inquiries, discrepancies, or issues related to policies and claims * Maintain accurate records of policyholder details, claims status, and related transactions in internal systems * Coordinate with the finance team for timely invoicing and settlements * Ensure all insurance documentation complies with legal and regulatory standards * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational processes and improve customer experience * Assist in policy renewals, cancellations, and endorsements as per client requirementsRequirements * Proven experience in insurance operations or a similar role * Strong knowledge of insurance products, processes, and regulations * Proficiency in MS Excel * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (Spoken Hindi is an added advantage)
