We have been expanding rapidly, currently employing over 1000 people and have also served more than 10M happy customers.Role and Responsibilities: We are looking for someone to be a part of Gritzo – a leading online child nutrition brand in India. As a Senior Brand Manager in Gritzo you will have the following responsibilities:1.P&L ownershipand responsibility towards achieving set topline & bottom-line numbers as per the annual plan. 2.Leading NPDs:Ideate on possible white spaces for the brand to explore and Collaborate with our R&D teams to bring the product to market, right from formulation, packaging, product pricing and launch. 3.Scale Up of Quick Commerce Channels for Gritzo:Work with the Q-Com team to build growth levers across product, sampling, comms & own the brand scale up for these platforms. 4.Category Management:Revenue Ownership for all the sub-categories within the brand. This role will oversee work on product, whitespace mapping, scale up on online channels & influencer amplification for this category in collaboration with channel teams & other support functions. 5.Design and execute user-driven growth campaigns: · Developing a deeper understanding of customer cohorts using first party user data from D2C website & 3P data from Ecom sites. · Work on user segmentation, engagement funnels & create hypothesis for growing these cohorts/channels. · Using A/B testing, product user data, and market research to form growth strategies for the year. · Understanding the end-to-end life cycle funnel and attribution metrics to form inputs to the brand team to shape marketing and messaging. 6.Cross Brand Associations/Tie-Ups:Identifying new partners, opportunities to leverage their network to grow Gritzo. 7.Create & monitor daily reports:Analyse brand performance, identify growth opportunities, and track competition. Create Daily dashboards & streamline data in collaboration with the analytics team.Notice Period-Immediate to 30 days. Work -Ex: 4-7 Years. Location-Gurgaon.
