The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for: ■ Mainly Drafting, negotiating and duly exciting various contracts for clients in Healthcare, Financial or Infrastructure services with minimalor not supervision. ■ Handling a variety of legal tasks and assisting senior lawyers with reviewing briefs and research points and explaining to senior lawyer to save their review time and drafting opinions. ■ Working with other seniors pr othwr team members of due deligence and compliance reciew mandates.The role offers flexibility for some remote work.QualificationsStrong understanding of legal principles and procedures Excellent research and analytical skills Clear communication and interpersonal abilities LLB degree from an accredited law school Admission to the state bar association 3 years of prior experience of contracts drafting, legal research and opinions drafting Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team Attention to detail, organised work ethic and strong articulation skills.
