This role will directly report to Senior Manager - Talent Attraction & Employer Branding.The objective of this role is to deliver on Talent Attraction & Management charters for BU India by collaborating with internal & external stakeholders.Key areas:Talent Attraction - Campus Recruitment & Relations: Own end-to-end execution of yearly campus calendar, recruitment & related KRAs Own end-to-end execution of our flagship campus case competition Foster strong and enduring partnerships with different campuses in order to consistently attract top-tier talent Collaborate with internal local & global teams to plan & deliver post-recruitment activities such as pre-employment processes, immersion festival, etc. Contribute to Employer-Of-Choice agenda by implementing in-person & digital employer branding initiativesTalent Attraction - HR for HR: Implement HR for HR initiatives including but not limited to hiring, engagement, people processes Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate databases Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-potential candidates for critical roles in People teamTalent Management: Work closely with Talent Management lead to execute different people processes such as engagement cycles, talent reviews, culture cascade, etc.Education, Skills & Experience: Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline At-least 2 years of relevant experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) Ability to collaborate with all levels of stakeholders, across business Willing to learn, contribute and achieve goals together
