MedPlus Health Services Limited is hiring a Franchisee Business Development Manager for Indore, MadhyaPradesh.Position Overview The Franchise Development Manager is responsible for driving franchise growth through the identification, qualification, and recruitment of prospective franchisees. This role combines sales expertise with business development acumen to expand our franchise network while maintaining brand integrity and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Franchise Sales & Development Lead the entire franchise sales process from initial inquiry through to agreement signing, including property identification, qualification, and relationship management. Develop and implement plans to achieve franchise growth targets in assigned territories. Conduct detailed presentations and discovery meetings with qualified owners to communicate brand value proposition and business opportunities. Guide prospective franchisees through the evaluation process, providing comprehensive information about investment requirements, operational procedures, and support systems. Business Analysis & Due Diligence Evaluate prospective franchisees' financial qualifications, business experience, and alignment with brand values. Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with franchise regulations and documentation requirements. Assess market conditions and territorial opportunities to optimize franchise placement. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners throughout the development process. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new franchisees. Provide regular updates to senior management on pipeline development and conversion metrics. Required Experience & Skills Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience. Experience in franchise development, sales, or business development will be an advantage. Understanding of franchise business models and regulatory requirements. Excellence in relationship building and consultative selling. Expertise in MS Excel/MS Office Tools. Outstanding presentation and communication skills. Willingness to travel across the state. Project management capabilities.
