Develop and ensure preparation of Planning & Budgeting (P & B) documents long term and short-term plans for the E&P, consistent with Business requirements for growth, profitability and return on capital deployed. Establish and oversee systems & process related to remote monitoring of critical plant parameters and developing the technical MIS for preventive and predictive maintenance inputs. Procurement and Delivery of equipment at site (s). Benchmarking of each sites on technical parameters and comparing it with global BAT for improvement. Oversee all aspects of the fertiliser Unit’s E&P in a manner which enables both short- and long-term plans to be achieved. Lead the HAZOP study and risk management (technical) process in each sites. Direct and ensure effective management of people to develop, and create performance-oriented work culture and guide to maintain healthy employer-employee relations. Ensure HSE compliances during E&P phase of project. Monitor and control the project schedule, cost and quality of project. Prepare the project completion documents with key learning. Participate in DD of new projects and M&A.
