Delivery Manager (US Recruitment) Job Description: The Delivery manager will manage a team of about 20 recruiters providing effective guidance, training, and mentorship to maximize the performance of the team. This person will be responsible for supervising, managing & maintaining the day-to-day operations of all recruiters and Account Managers. You will work closely with the Account Management team to understanding what positions they need candidates for, helping them choose positions to work on, ensuring the successful production of qualified candidates for those positions, and thus contributing to the company's revenue growth. You will work closely with our US IT recruitment team to identify, attract, submit, and place top IT professionals for our clients. As a manager, you will be the contact point for all team members. The ideal person will be highly motivated by winning and earning money based on closed business. They will also be able to get the work done in in a dynamic and fast changing environment.Roles & Responsibilities: Managing a team of 20+ recruiters, Account Managers, Team Leads and recruiting admins to produce the best candidates for all positions and grow company revenue. Working with upper management and Account Management team, decide which positions to prioritize, which recruiters to assign to those positions and driving delivery. Helping the Team Leads, Assistant Team Leads and recruiters perform searches, create Boolean strings, develop search strategy, and process candidates into the pipeline. Develop strategy for how best to search for and close candidates for positions. Analyse candidate sources to help determine the best and most optimal sources to use for each type of position. Help management decide what resume databases to utilize for various positions. Provide reporting and status on all candidates across all positions on a daily basis. Develop strategies and tactics for managing team to maximize candidates closed on open roles. Ensuring the entire team is working optimally to maximize closes and company revenue. Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide insights and recommendations to recruiters. Identify emerging talent needs and market opportunities. Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. Set clear team goals and deadlines to achieve the targets. Monitor team performance and report on metrics & provide constructive feedback. Identify the training needs and provide guidance & mentoring to keep the team motivated. Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts. Requirements and skills: Minimum bachelor’s degree in any field Proven 5+ years of experience in Staffing and IT consulting At least 2 years of experience leading a large team of recruiters and Team Leads Expertise in end-to-end recruitment cycle, strong knowledge of recruiting in IT & Staffing Industry Proficiency in using CRM and ATS software.
