Role Summary The Human Resources Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of human resources within the organization. This position oversees various HR functions, including personnel policies, compliance, employee onboarding, and team development. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices.Key Responsibilities HR Policy Development and Implementation:Assist in developing and executing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations and employment laws. Provide guidance and interpretation for business operations. HRIS Management(Preferable Fusion):Handle administrative tasks related to employee lifecycle, including onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exits. Accurately enter data into HRIS systems and conduct regular audits for compliance. Employee Standards and Procedures:Oversee and refine employee standards and procedures, leveraging existing HR systems and recommending process improvements. Onboarding Program:Champion a high-quality onboarding process, ensuring clarity and connection for new employees to align with the organization's vision. Stakeholder Relations:Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster a positive HR environment. Confidentiality:Handle confidential matters with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism. Team Leadership:Lead, motivate, and support a team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment. Develop career development plans for direct reports and address team issues effectively. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary HR tools and systems. HR Technology:Participate in HR technology groups and forums, attending vendor webinars to stay updated on current software capabilities and functionalities.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on generalist functions Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.Additional Preferred Qualifications: HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience with employee relations and conflict resolutionMandatory Requirement Working experience in IT Company
