Operational Excellence: Develop and maintain an organized recruitment database, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Facilitate offer negotiations, reference checks, and candidate onboarding to ensure a seamless process. Regularly review and optimize recruitment workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.Experience: Minimum of3-5 years of experience in recruitment and staffing agency , with at least 1 year in a managerial or team leadership role.Skills: Leadership & Team Building:Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve goals.
