Job Responsibilities : Design & Development of Mechanical Engineering systems including Linkages, Kinematics, Structures. Preparing overall equipment layout and maintain in PLM Cost Reduction activities through VA (Value Analysis) /VE (Value Engineering) and Workout Counter measures for field issues Coordinate with vendors and external agencies for selection and validation of aggregates like bearings, bushes etc.. Design Concept creation, detailed design and release of Engineering drawings and customer documents Benchmarking, Design optimization, product validation and improving reliability Implementing the Statutory and Safety standards requirements. Support other functions for preparation of documents like test protocols, Spare parts Manual and Operation manual Co-ordination with procurement, assembly and testing
