Our worldwide supply reach include 250+ curated and customizable packages across 30+ destinations worldwide, 100,000+ hotels across the globe, 1 Million+ activities suitable for all customer segments, and flight supply to all destinations to and from India.Role Description:Key Responsibility Areas: · Ownership of sales targets individual/team · Manage sales team for B2C Channel (both International & Domestic holiday sales) · Maintain a daily rigor of sales and drive the sales from each team member · Undertake a review on frequent basis to ensure sales performance as per plan · Drive growth and improvement through people development · Regularly coach and develop team members · Pro-actively identify new business opportunities to increase salesIdeal Candidate: · Preference given to people with experience in holiday Sales with a travel company · Must have a strong experience of managing a holiday sales team · Must have strong domain knowledge and is able to instill confidence in sales teamDesired Attributes: · Strong interpersonal & leadership skills · Process and data Orientation · Strong analytical skills to define operations .
