Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Associate to oversee and manage the daily HR operations functions. The role involves ensuring smooth execution of HR processes, compliance with policies, and supporting employees throughout their lifecycle in the organization. If you are passionate about streamlining HR operations and improving employee experiences, this role is perfect for you.Key Responsibilities: Manage and execute end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely salary processing. Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes in a timely manner. Support in benefits administration, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks. Assist in performance management processes by maintaining records and generating reports. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and implement operational efficiencies. Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role. Proficiency in HRIS systems is an added advantage Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing employee interactions.
