Job Title: Senior Manager/AGM - HR Operations Location:Hisar, Haryana Department:Human Resources Reporting To:Director of Human Resources/General Manager Job Summary: The Senior Manager/AGM - HR Operations will be responsible for overseeing the HR operations within the hospitality sector. This role involves managing the full spectrum of HR operations, includingTalent Acquisition, Compliance, Employee Relations, Payroll,and HR Systems. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of human capital to align with the organization's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Operations Management: Oversee daily HR operations to ensure smooth and efficient HR services. Manage HR systems and processes to enhance the employee lifecycle. Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and benefits administration. Lead and manage HR projects, such as the implementation of HRIS, performance management systems, etc. Ensure proper maintenance of employee records in compliance with legal requirements. 2. Talent Acquisition (TA) (40%): Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the hospitality industry. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract quality candidates. 3. Compliance & Legal: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations. Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices. Manage audits and ensure that the organization meets compliance standards. Handle employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations, in compliance with legal standards. 4. Employee Engagement & Development: Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment. Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development. Conduct regular performance reviews and work with managers to address performance issues. Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement. 5. Strategic HR Planning: Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals. Provide insights and recommendations on HR trends, best practices, and innovations. Participate in the development and implementation of organizational change initiatives. Assist in the preparation of the HR budget and monitor expenditure. Qualifications: Education:MBA in Human Resources or related field. Experience:10+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably within the hospitality industry. Skills: Strong knowledge of HR operations and talent acquisition processes. In-depth understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong leadership abilities and the ability to manage a team. Proficiency in HR software and systems. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Preferred Skills: Experience in managing HR operations in a hospitality environment. Certifications in HR, such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar. Proficiency in data analysis and HR metrics. Location: This position is based in Hisar, Haryana.
