Ensure error-free delivery of projects with minimal supervision. Participate in team/project meetings and skill development training sessions. Achieve KPIs and escalate issues proactively when needed.Qualifications & Skills Required: Graduate in any discipline, with a strong interest in market research. 1+ years of experience in survey programming experience on ConfirmIT. Familiarity with tools like Confirmit, and MS Office is a plus. Attention to detail : Ensure high accuracy in deliverables. Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills.
