Industry Partnerships & Placement Establish and sustain professional relationships with companies, startups, and organizations to secure internship and placement opportunities for students. Collaborate with industry stakeholders to understand their hiring requirements and align placement processes to meet those needs. Plan and execute on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives, interviews, and placement activities.2. Training & Development Identify skill gaps in students and recommend targeted training programs to enhance employability skills, including communication, technical, and soft skills. Organize workshops, mock interviews, resume-building sessions, and aptitude training sessions for students.3. Student Guidance & Support Provide career counseling and mentorship to guide students in identifying suitable career paths. Conduct regular feedback sessions with students to understand their aspirations and tailor placement efforts accordingly. Assist students in developing professional resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and portfolios.4. Placement Data Management Maintain accurate records of placement activities, student data, and job offers.
