Proven track record of career growth in engineering recruitment for US market. Strong understanding ofEngineeringand IT labor categories and associated technical terminology. Hands-on experience withEngineering Recruitment (Manufacturing, Automotive, Civil, Construction)is essential. Exposure toFederal and Construction/Civil/EPC recruitmentis a required. Proficiency in various work visas (H1B, H4, E3, TN, EAD) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099). Experience engaging with highly experienced, technical, and skilledUS Citizens . Familiarity with industry-standard Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and strategies. JobDiva experience is a plus. Ability to collaborate effectively with the recruiting manager to meet individual and team targets. Conduct consistent interviews, reference checks, and long-term relationship-building with candidates. Meet daily and weekly submittal and interview targets by providing top-quality candidates for our diverse US clients. Format resumes per client specifications, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Adhere to company recruitment processes and maintain high standards of quality.
