Required Skills and Qualifications: 7-8 years of hands-on experience with .NET, .NET Core, Python and Relational Database. Proficiency in relational databases, including design, optimization, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices is a plus. Strong knowledge of test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail). Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo) Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
