Join us in connecting people to commerce in this vital, rewarding role. Provides proactive user helpdesk services to inbound customer service requests. Diagnoses and resolves hardware and software issues, performs software distribution, creates and updates tickets to reflect changes and works with customers to ensure appropriate levels of engagement and communication. Uses available tools and resources, including remote tools, to accomplish tasks. Responsibilities Receives incident / service requests from call acceptance and/or level 1 agents and from atomized incidents. Provides system support to address more complex / difficult service issues for ESO application Performs reports analysis of specific suppliers and application related issues, including check of ticket history. Provide day to day technical support for Blue yonder ESO application. Reporting and analytics support for site level issues. Gathers recurring / application-level issue and work with application team/internal teams to fix them Required Qualifications Proficiency in Blue yonder ESO or any other supply chain applications. Familiarity with Integration technologies (EDI,API’s and Middleware interface) for supply chain management. Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret reports and large data and understand/conclude things with feedback. SQL or another database query is a plus Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills Remote troubleshooting on applications or site reported issues Education or equivalent work experience required. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Service Desk Support. (based on quality of the profile, candidates with 2 years of experience can be taken into consideration as an exception) English skills (Written and spoken) required.About Us Why should you join Diebold Nixdorf?
