About the RolePlanning (Europe Territory): Develop the detailed BD Plan, including revenues, pricing and profitability, to meet the organizational targets set by the Management – for business segments and clients wise Segment clients and define appropriate coverage and servicing strategies for each segment Institute Key Account Management framework and develop detailed Account Plans to achieve the BD targets Create a framework for documenting market data and trends, competitive intelligence and future forecasts and processing these for actionable insights BD Process Management (Europe Territory): Ensure development and maintenance of a robust business pipeline to enable achievement of the BD Plan Review with the team, on an on-going basis, the conversion of the business pipeline to awarded contracts and to plan for the client and project specific actions required to increase conversion ratios including decisions on pricing within a pre-agreed framework with Management Ensure a robust process of monitoring client meetings as per agreed Account Plans, follow through on agreed actions from the meetings and a periodic relationship review with the clients Tracking of all Client data including Account Plans, meetings, reviews and deliverables as well as BD MIS including leading business momentum metrices, pipeline status, revenue projections, conversion ratios, conversion lead times, etc. Ensure that the various BD processes are managed as per established quality and timeline parameters. Co-ordination with Operations: Ensure seamless co-ordination with Project Management for client servicing, operational planning and communication including aspects relating to study planning / rescheduling / conflicts that require active prioritization decision from the BD team Share expectations and feedback received from clients internally Co-ordination with Marketing: Co-ordinate the BD initiatives with Marketing Provide market insights to Marketing to establish appropriate communication strategies and messages for the target markets and clientsQualifications Any Post Graduate, MBA will add advantagePay range and compensation package 25 to 35 LPAExperience 12-17 Years
