Job Description Accountable for acquisition of private land & government land under the relevant acts, guidelines, and provisions Facilitate for approval forest diversion proposal if any under FC Act and FRA Act Preparation of transfer deeds, agreements, survey report, and facilitating for land registration Plan and act proactively in land acquisition related matters To resolve the existing land issues within the purview of land laws in co-ordination with legal department Anchoring all land related matters and strategize them to promote and protect the company interest Liaisoning for various approvals, permissions, consents, agreements, and legal certificates related to land laws Dealing with all statutory and authorized bodies like Tahsildar, Revenue Officers, LAO etc. and other government bodies
