Ensure precise color consistency with minimal batch variation and uniformity across all pieces. Execute dyeing operations using advanced techniques to maintain high-quality standards. Regularly monitor processes and adjust as needed to enhance color accuracy and product consistency. Maintain and troubleshoot dyeing equipment to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications Diploma in Leather Technology or a Bachelor’s Degree in Leather Technology (B.Tech) is required. Hands-on experience with leather dyeing techniques and precise color matching. Proficiency in operating and maintaining dyeing equipment. Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and color consistency. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
