The brand combines traditional tastes with new innovations and is expanding in Southern India with multiple locations.Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for multiple positions as Sous Chef - Pastry and Sous Chef - Hot Kitchen at PAUL India in Bangalore. The Sous Chef - Pastry will be responsible for bakery, food preparation, baking, and culinary skills related to pastries and viennoiseries. The Sous Chef - Hot Kitchen will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and culinary skills related to hot dishes. Both roles will contribute to maintaining the high standards of French culinary traditions at PAUL.Qualifications 15 + years Expertise in French and Italian cuisine Culinary Skills and Food Preparation expertise Cooking proficiency Experience in pastry / hot kitchen operations Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Relevant culinary certifications or degrees Expertise in standard pastry techniques, including the preparation of classic European pastries like croissants and brioche. Thorough understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations and standards. Strong communication and team management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards and high levels of organization. Must be a team player, highly motivated, and passionate about baking.Salary Scale INR 70000-85000 per month (including all benefits)
