Provide support for resume building, interview preparation, and networking skills development. Maintain accurate records of student placements and employment statistics.Key requirements / abilities reqd. Proven experience of 3 years in campus placements, Talent Acquisition, Sales, or related roles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Willing to travel. Ability to network effectively with employers and internal stakeholders. Sound knowledge of current industry trends and recruitment processes. Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in student success.
