This is a full-time, on-site role where you will deliver high-quality grooming services while ensuring a stress-free and enjoyable experience for pets and their owners.Responsibilities Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, hair trimming, nail clipping, ear cleaning, and styling based on the specific breed and customer preferences. Assess pets' overall health and alert pet owners to any potential concerns noticed during grooming. Maintain a clean, safe, and pet-friendly grooming environment. Provide exceptional customer service, educating pet owners on grooming schedules, products, and aftercare. Ensure proper handling and care of pets to minimize stress or discomfort during grooming sessions. Follow hygiene and safety protocols, including cleaning and sanitizing grooming tools and equipment. Manage grooming appointments efficiently and support the mobile grooming van's operational standards.Qualifications 3–6 years of professional pet grooming experience with expertise in handling a variety of breeds and grooming styles. Certification in pet grooming is preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of animal behavior and pet grooming techniques. Exceptional patience and a calm demeanor when handling pets, especially those that may be anxious or temperamental. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with pet owners. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining grooming quality and safety standards.
