Softgel Production scheduling: Study Quarterly/Monthly production plan, analyze resource requirements & availability, prepare weekly and daily production schedule, coordinate with related departments and assemble required resources IN ORDER TO ensure production plan and objectives are met.Softgel Production scheduling and packing:Study production and packing schedules & work orders, implement plan as per schedule, ensure current material, machine status, resource availability and prepare weekly production and packing schedule, monitor progress and modify the schedule IN ORDER TO meet the production and packing targets and to meet customer commitments.Inventory management & Procurement:Maintain and manage inventory of change parts, study work order, identify materials required, raise purchase requisition for production consumables and change parts required IN ORDER TO ensure timely receipt of materials and ensure efficient resource inventory management.Project Execution: To study, analyze and oversee improvement programs to enhance productivity and efficiency to improve the performance of the machines.People Management:Recruit, induct, place & supervise staff, monitor manpower numbers, set goals, review & manage performance, guide, counsel & provide feedback to staff on performance, handle grievances, plan & monitor training & development of staff, motivate & reward staff appropriately IN ORDER TO ensure a committed, motivated & competent team.
