We are looking for a recruiter who can help us with our Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, and semiconductor clients. This person will be working in an individual contributor capacity with limited supervision.Duties : Source candidates from various job boards such as CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, and Indeed etc. using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings. Set up interviews and facilitate the offer process by extending the offer. Manage onboarding and new hire process. Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it from start to finish. Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations. Update daily activities in our internal ATS and other job duties as assigned.Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in required, preferably in engineering. At least 2 years of strong recruitment experience working for one of the following industries Aerospace & Defense, Semiconductor, Automotive, and Hardware Manufacturing etc. Good verbal and written communications skills with strong sourcing and screening skills.
