Main Duties & Responsibilities: Maintaining office petty cash & managing accounts and files Checking day to day bank transactions for all the accounts & preparing bank and cash vouchers Preparing Monthly Expense Report & weekly and monthly collection report to be sent to HK Accounts Collating all the required documents for all Inward and Outward Remittances and co-ordinating with the bank for the same Maintaining and updating TDS statements and following up with the clients for TDS Certificates. Helping in recruitment, final settlement after resignation including PF & gratuity settlement & preparing experience and reliving letter of Employees Budgeting Cash Flow projection Salary & sales commission calculation Calculation of Attendance of all India employees & preparing manpower report Helping Auditors during auditing time Managing matters related to BMC, BEST, MTNL, Air- conditioning, Printers, Computers & housekeeping, pest control and corresponding with respective vendors Managing travel arrangements & accommodation & providing administrative support Insurance renewals & claims Other matters as assigned by SupervisorRequirements: Graduate in Commerce With at least 5 years' relevant working experiences CCC++ and Tally Proficient in English, Marathi and Hindi Good MS Office skills Independent; responsible & diligent personality with ability to meet deadline Immediately available is highly preferred
