Experience:Proven 10 to 12 years’ experience in learning and development, performance management, or a similar role, preferably from manufacturing sector. Compensation:Commensurate with education and experience. Best in the industry.Position Overview:The Manager of Learning & Development and Performance Management will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs and performance management systems. This role aims to enhance employee skills, improve performance, and align these initiatives with the company's strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:Learning & Development: Design and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Identify learning needs in collaboration with department heads. Facilitate workshops, e-learning sessions, and in-person training. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments. Manage training logistics and budget.Performance Management: Develop and oversee performance review processes. Implement strategies to improve employee performance and productivity. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues. Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Align performance management practices with organizational goals.Skills Required: Technical:Working knowledge of the Darwinbox tool is a must. Leadership:Inspire and guide teams, strong decision-making. Communication:Excellent verbal and written skills. Analytical:Analyze data to identify trends and make decisions.
