Job Purpose: Responsible for crafting captivating visual representations across various platforms to effectively communicate the brand's essence and evoke desired responses from the target audience.Role and Responsibilities: 1. Brand Understanding & Alignment: - Decode the brief as shared by supervisors, identifying brand requirements and identity, target audience etc - Maintain a deep understanding of the brand's voice, tone, and messaging guidelines, ensuring all art work aligns with the brand's identity and values 2. Design Creation:Develop static + dynamic creative design layouts for marketing materials, including but not limited to social media posts, email campaigns, etc. 3. Research: - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to create innovative art work to ensure that designs are relevant and effective in capturing the target audience's attention - Conduct research to understand the target audience demographics, preferences, and behavior to tailor messaging effectively. - Monitor and analyze the performance of designing efforts, leveraging data and insights to inform future designs 4. Time Management:Following of internal TATs, tasks prioritization, and timely delivery of work. 5. Operations:Adherence to documented SOPs.Skill Set: 1. 6 months-1 years of industry experience preferred 2. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools. Experience in After Effects & Premier Pro is preferred. 3. Demonstrate a solid understanding of social media platforms, with knowledge of multiple verticals within the digital realm
